Spring testing machines

A spring testing machine uses specific loads and measuring sensors to assess the quality and performance of mechanical springs. The data collected is then analysed to help make important decisions about the manufacture and use of these springs.

EASYDUR offers spring testing machines with tensile, compression, shear, and bending test functions.

2 types of tests can be carried out on springs

  • A compression test is a device used to characterise the force of an object by compressing it.
  • Tension test: action designed to characterise the spring by applying a tensile force
  • In both processes, the spring is inserted into the jaw of the machine in order to test the spring.

Following these test phases, the results are processed and analysed. To do this, EASYDUR machines use the 4th generation industrial method (industry 4.0), which consists of interfacing the various instruments with client software.

EASYDUR spring testing machines are designed and manufactured in Italy, north of Milan.

The Italian company is well known for its international exports as well as for its involvement in French industrial projects in the aerospace, oil, and metallurgy sectors.

EASYDUR is ACCREDIA certified. Italian Accrédia = French Cofrac, international recognition between the various National Calibration Laboratories
