The portable durometer HBR200-P works like the model HR200-P, on the principle ROCKWELL and offers in addition a scale BRINELL, HBW30, thus making it possible to obtain BRINELL values quickly, by measurement of penetration depth, in accordance with the ASTM-E103.
It allows testing on heavy and bulky steel parts, which cannot be controlled with a xe instrument.
It can be used on thin parts or hollow parts, unlike the LEEB rebound system.

Equipped with a sensor and a high precision penetration depth measurement system, it operates on the standardized ROCKWELL test principle, ISO65081, ASTME18. Simple and robust, it can be used by all operators. The magnetic base ensures precise and safe installation.
